Useful Strategy:
Ideas arise from here... More often than not, we focus our PD on Teaching and Pedagogy; very little amount of time is set aside for the teachers to acquire skills like this. It does not take too long... but at most 5 minutes to get this out. Perhaps, we can consider having "Tip Cards" pasted around the staff room? (as part of the informal PD)
On the other hand, the "Tip Card" strategy could be applied in instances when we need workshop participants to apply some simple skills which some may not have. We can just leave small cards like these on the table. Of course, this can be applied to class work, too!
