(20180722) This was one of the few that were open in the early afternoon. It was of a reasonable size, however, we were the only customers walked in... slowly, we some more people though still not more than 5 other customers. We just wondered... how would business survive here?
Had this for lunch... it's delicious when it's piping hot!

This cup of ice vanilla bean coconut milk latte lasted for more than 2 hours... where we met Dr Havidan Rodriguez, UTRGV provost and executive vice president of Student Affairs, who patiently shared with us how the online degree courses are administered, as well as some of the factors that contributed to its success.
Dinner @ Taco Bell
(20180722) Walked to the Oyster bar, but it was near its closing hours.
Taco Bell was on the way to the hotel.
Lunch @ Rio Grande Valley Premium Outlet Food Court
(20180723) Had a hard time trying what figure out what to eat (after coming back from the visit to UTRGV in Browsnville); and it was not easy to think of what to eat in this "desert" area. Aurelius came up with a nice idea - Let's go to the premium outlet to lunch...
Nice sandwich... but "small" is big enough for us...

(20180723) The walk from the hotel to the restaurant was about 30 minutes. Nevertheless, it was worth the walk. An interesting place - which was still very crowded on a Monday evening. (It's weekday!). I was thrilled by the service of the servers 🤣 It was the most entertaining meal I had in the entire trip.
Despite the fact that it was a Monday evening, the restaurant is crowded.
The enthusiasm of the servers was quite entertaining. She was especially attentive to us!
Like what Aurelius said, it was probably our table belongs to her 'territory', and she received the tips she deserved.
The T-shirt said, "I love my job" - which the servers had to carry with them everyday.
Liked the sweet bun - fresh from oven
All patrons were served with a 'tub' of peanuts... yes, they expected patrons to order beer!
Hm... (refillable) Peach tea was good enough for me
